Welcome to Bhardwaj Tour & Travels. By using our website bhardwajtravelagency.com or availing our intercity rides, all-India pick & drop services, tour packages, or airport transfers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made via our official website, customer support number, or authorized travel agents.
1.2 Advance Payment: A booking is confirmed only after we receive an advance payment. The percentage of advance required may vary depending on the selected service or tour package.
1.3 Full Payment: The full amount must be cleared before the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Non-Payment: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received on time or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
1.5 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other secure online gateways available on our website.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the journey are eligible for a refund (after deducting processing charges).
2.2 Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before travel may incur partial charges, depending on the booking type.
2.3 No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel or in the case of a no-show.
2.4 Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
2.5 Company Cancellation: In rare cases where we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, natural disasters, or vehicle unavailability), a full refund will be issued.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information: Customers must provide correct details, including pickup/drop addresses, travel dates, and passenger details at the time of booking.
3.2 Identification: Carry valid government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) for verification during travel.
3.3 Compliance: Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, traffic regulations, and travel rules during the journey.
3.4 Conduct: Any inappropriate or unlawful behavior towards drivers, staff, or fellow passengers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.

4. Our Responsibilities

4.1 Safe Travel: We strive to provide safe, comfortable, and timely travel services with well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers.
4.2 Service Limitations: We are not liable for delays, losses, or inconveniences caused by natural calamities, traffic, strikes, accidents, or actions of third-party vendors such as hotels and airlines.
4.3 Itinerary Changes: For package tours, itineraries may be modified due to operational, weather, or safety reasons. Customers will be informed promptly of any changes.
4.4 Third-Party Services: While we coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other providers, their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. Use of Website

5.1 Proper Use: You agree not to misuse our website by uploading harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5.2 Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if misuse is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of services directly booked through Bhardwaj Tour & Travels.
6.2 Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as missed flights, lost luggage, or third-party issues beyond our control.
6.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Updates: We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh/Mohali.
